Tattoo Aftercare Instructions

Breathable Bandage Aftercare

Leave bandage on for 2-4 days, as instructed by your artist. Blood/plasma will collect inside the bandage and naturally lubricate the tattoo, this is normal!

Remove the bandage early if it begins to leak or your skin appears red and raised around the adhesive. IRRITATED SKIN MAY INDICATE AN ADHESIVE ALLERGY.

Due to the strength of the adhesive, the bandage is best removed in the shower with hot water and liquid antibacterial soap. Slowly pull the bandage away from the skin, using the water and soap to break the adhesive.

after the bandage is removed, clean the tattoo when showering/ as needed and apply scent-free, dye-free lotion, rubbing it in completely to moisturize the tattoo

Leave bandage on for 2-4 hours after getting tattooed. Carefully remove bandage and wash with hot water and liquid antibacterial soap using your hands only, nothing abrasive. Then rinse the tattoo with warm water, slowly increasing the heat to remove all of the blood, plasma, and goo.

Pat the tattoo dry with a CLEAN paper towel, DO NOT rub or wipe dry. afterwards, let the tattoo air dry for 10-15 minutes.

Apply a small amount of aquaphor or scent-free, dye-free lotion and rub it into the tattoo. DO NOT leave a thick layer of ointment on top of the tattoo.
